Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join our team as an HR Generalist.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about people and has a strong understanding of HR principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implementing and administering HR policies, processes, and systems to support the employee lifecycle
  • Providing expert guidance and advice to managers and employees on HR matters
  • Coordinating learning & development initiatives to upskill the workforce
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and HR data
  • Supporting employee relations, including investigations & workplace issue resolution
  • Collaborating with the broader HR team to continuously improve HR practices
Requirements
  • 2–5 years' experience in an HR Generalist (or similar HR role)
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws & HR best practice
  • Confidence in investigations, performance management, warnings & terminations
  • Proficiency in HRIS & Microsoft Office Suite
  • HR or related tertiary qualification (ideal)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data & trends
  • Change management and/or project management experience (desirable)
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and passion for people
