About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Process Consultant to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality consulting services to our customers, focusing on end-to-end processes and SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process-level consulting solutions across multiple SAP solutions and products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver process-oriented solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Provide thought leadership on process expertise and SAP solutions, influencing stakeholders and driving business outcomes.
  • Engage in sales and consulting activities, including bid preparation, solutioning, and estimation.
  • Participate in governance and thought leadership tasks, such as developing assets and collaterals, aligning with product engineering, and promoting process knowledge within the organization.
Requirements
  • Deep process-level knowledge and associated consulting expertise.
  • Knowledge of multiple SAP solutions and products, with expertise in at least one.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition across SAP products and solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global and multicultural environment, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges and drive effective solutions.
