About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Analyst to join our dynamic Revenue & Growth team at oOhmedia. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in streamlining processes, increasing efficiencies, and driving revenue performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of existing workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and develop actionable plans to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Document current processes and design optimized future processes to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with the transformation team and other business unit stakeholders to identify, develop, and implement high-impact solutions that drive revenue performance.
  • Quantify and track benefits to support the Group Director with current state process measurement and baseline establishment.
  • Design target state processes and templates across the value chain to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Support Revenue and Growth Change Management and technology drops from the Tech business unit.
  • Document risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in documenting complex business processes, preferably in media or a similar industry.
  • Proven track record in documenting business-critical implementations in a timely manner.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of business process improvement methodologies such as BPMN 2.0, Lean, Six Sigma, HCD, and experience implementing these in sales and revenue functions.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems, process mapping tools, and sales platforms with proficiency in basic data analysis tools.
