We are seeking an Operations Insight Specialist to join our Retail Operations team.

This is a high-impact role where you will play a key part in shaping decisions that drive performance across the national retail network.

You will design, build and enhance data visualisation tools to support the Retail Operations team, providing insightful commentary to guide strategic and operational decision-making.

  • Create and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to inform business decisions
  • Analyse large, complex data sets with speed and accuracy, identifying opportunities for process improvement
  • Develop innovative reporting solutions to drive business outcomes
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, translating data into clear recommendations

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience as an Analyst in a fast-paced environment (FMCG or retail experience highly regarded)
  • Strong technical skills in Power BI with the ability to develop and optimise reporting tools
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with experience handling large data volumes
  • Strong communication skills – able to explain complex data in a clear and engaging way to a range of stakeholders
  • A curious, solutions-focused mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
