About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of electrical works across various sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical trade and excellent project coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive work plans, ensuring all necessary resources and safety measures are in place.
  • Coordinate with field crews, providing clear guidance and support to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
  • Lead daily site meetings to promote a culture of safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to plan and manage site access, ensuring smooth project delivery.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential risks and take corrective action.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards, promoting a proactive approach to risk management.

Requirements:

  • A recognized electrical trade qualification and at least 5 years of experience in the industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading field crews and coordinating complex projects.
  • Strong understanding of subcontractor disciplines and job requirements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
