Our organization seeks an Electrical Project Coordinator to oversee electrical works across the Australian Capital Territory (ACT).

About the Role

This role is ideal for individuals with an electrical trade background who enjoy managing projects, coordinating teams, and ensuring jobs are scoped, planned, and delivered efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop project plans for electrical crews, including necessary resources and safety measures.
  • Coordinate project execution, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project timelines and safety standards.
  • Lead daily meetings on site to set the tone for safety, clarity, and productivity.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to plan outages, manage access, and support smooth project delivery.
  • Ensure quality assurance processes are followed, and that all completed works are accurately captured for invoicing and close-out.
About You

To be successful, you will have a solid electrical background, excellent communication skills, and experience in planning, scoping, and leading project teams. A proactive approach to following processes and ensuring quality is essential.

Requirements include:

  • An electrical trade qualification (essential)
  • At least 5 years' experience in the electrical industry
  • Previous experience in planning, scoping, and/or leading project teams
  • A strong understanding of project management disciplines and job requirements
