Job Title:

A Regional Director will lead a team in the residential property space.

This role involves proactive performance management, ensuring consistent performance reporting on TAT, Quality, Queries, Quoting, Financial & WIP Management targets, and setting improvements to enhance overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational performance of the team
  • Support, mentoring, engagement initiatives, and constant communication to a team of valuers
About You:

As a driven professional with highly developed leadership skills, exceptional communication, and business development skills, you'll have:

  • 2+ years of key leadership experience with demonstrated ability to implement a regional business plan and translate it into effective operational plans
  • 5 years as a Certified Practicing Valuer (Preferred)
  • Post-Graduate Qualification
  • Associate of the Australian Property Institute
