Job Title: Land Acquisition Manager

This role is critical to the Solar Development team, responsible for initiating contact with land owners and supporting senior development teams in negotiations to secure land lease agreements.

The successful candidate will have strong Microsoft Office skills, a valid driver's license, and be able to travel to regional areas in VIC/NSW/QLD. A degree or relevant qualification in legal, property, land or estates management is essential, along with 2-5 years of experience in land acquisition across any sector.

  • Negotiate and conclude property rights for Wind, Solar and Energy Storage projects.
  • Manage the internal approval and document control process for property agreements.
  • Support project due diligence and financial close processes.
  • Assist in site selection, including rights and licenses.
