Associate Managing Consultant/PMO, Program Management, Advisors & Consulting Services. Mastercard Services is a key differentiator, providing end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base. The services include consulting, loyalty and marketing programs, test-and-learn experimentation, and information and risk management. While specializing in the payments industry, Mastercard Services also works with major retailers, airlines, and other enterprises, leveraging data and insights from within and beyond its network.

Responsibilities\

• As an Associate Managing Consultant, Advisor Program Management, you will manage multiple projects within a portfolio, coordinating activities across a complex range of workstreams. You will define project team and stakeholder roles and responsibilities aligned with the delivery of expected benefits, and identify risks with proactive solutioning to mitigate impact on timelines.\
  
• Develop new products and strategies and ensure smooth and efficient delivery to market.\
  
• Strengthen the client's internal skills, knowledge, and experience in critical areas.\
  
• Successfully implement complex technology assets and deliver challenging transformation programs to enable the new business as usual.\
  
• Transform client processes and optimize management practices.\

Qualifications\

• \
  
• Experience in delivering large, complex projects/programs of diverse size in a cross-functional, multicultural environment.\
  
• Formally trained in project management and change management methodologies; accreditation in PM/PMO/Change/Service management is an advantage.\
  
• Ability to plan and manage a multi-workstream program from inception to delivery, providing support, direction, and technical expertise across multiple disciplines and geographies.\
  
• Develop a strong presence in the client organization beyond the program boundaries.\
  
• Provide industry perspectives, insights, and ideas to key stakeholders.\
  
• Think creatively and challenge the status quo with supporting analysis.\
  
• Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills; ability to define scope, timelines, and budgets clearly in writing and verbally; report on issues, risks, progress, and timelines with analysis and credible solutions.\
  
• Manage multiple priorities, work independently, think laterally, and handle multiple issues under resource constraints.\
  
• Articulate cost/benefit/risk analysis and lead, motivate, and develop a team of professionals.\

Education & Skills\

• \
  
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. Advanced degree or MBA preferred.\
  
• 4–6 years of Project Management experience.\
  
• Professional accreditation such as Project Management Professional (PMP) desirable.\
  
• Experience in payments, cards and/or retail banking or merchants and/or consultancies.\
  
• Comfortable with significant client interaction and relationship-building.\
  
• Ability to perform multiple tasks with multiple clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.\
  
• Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills; knowledge of project management tools preferred.\
  
• Willingness to travel.\
