Job Summary:

The Housekeeping Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping operations, planning and assigning tasks to ensure seamless execution. This includes supervising staff, evaluating equipment and supplies, and maintaining high-quality cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective housekeeping strategies to meet or exceed quality standards.
  2. Recruit, train, and mentor new housekeeping colleagues to promote teamwork and quality service.
  3. Evaluate and maintain equipment and supplies to optimize performance and minimize waste.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to foster a culture of customer-centricity and operational excellence.
  5. Conduct regular inspections to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

  • Proven experience in a luxury accommodation environment with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and reliability to work across a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
