Fratelli Fresh is a renowned Italian restaurant chain in Sydney, known for its exceptional cuisine and warm hospitality. We are seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at Fratelli Fresh Miranda.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to lead our team in achieving daily deliverables and big picture targets. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for creating an exciting atmosphere, ensuring an outstanding looking venue, and providing exceptional customer service.

Your Responsibilities

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or junior management role, preferably in hospitality.
  • Strong understanding of profit measures, cost management, and sales goals.
  • Ability to lead from the front, on the floor, not in an office, and drive team growth and development.
  • Availability for Wednesday to Sunday shifts, with varied hours depending on the team's needs.
