Key Responsibilities
  • Build and promote a team environment focused on working collaboratively to achieve team and DC objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Lead and manage a team of team leaders, providing coaching, mentoring, and guidance to ensure high-performance team results

Requirements
