Chief Academic Officer

We seek an accomplished leader to join our academic team as a Director of Learning (Years 10-12).
This senior leadership role advances the College's mission and vision by driving a collaborative culture focused on quality learning, academic excellence, and staff growth.
The successful candidate will share responsibility for embodying and promoting the Catholic Marist philosophy through leadership aligned with the College's Catholic ethos, Marist spirituality, and Vision for Learning.
Working closely with the Deputy Principal - Learning and Teaching, you will oversee the vision, alignment, and performance of the College's academic and learning programs.
Key responsibilities include leading the academic direction and outcomes of senior students, as well as the professional capacity and development of teaching staff.
As a Director of Learning (Years 10-12), you will foster a deep and rigorous culture of learning and continuous growth across the College community.
Collaboration is central to this position, requiring close working relationships alongside key directors to promote a consistent and integrated approach to student wellbeing and learning.
