About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned AI Technology Strategist to lead the development and enhancement of cutting-edge product features, focusing on large language models (LLMs) and generative AI technologies. This key role involves:

  • Conducting in-depth research and analysis to inform and optimize AI-driven product functionalities.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and refine innovative AI solutions.
  • Drafting, testing, and iterating prompts and user interactions for AI tools to ensure high-quality user experiences.
  • Evaluating and assessing product performance to ensure solutions meet user needs and deliver comprehensive results.
  • Engaging directly with customers and stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, incorporating them into the product development process.
  • Staying current with emerging AI trends, technologies, and industry best practices.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in product management, technology, AI, or related fields.
  • Full professional proficiency in Japanese (written and spoken); English proficiency is a plus.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, including experience with search languages and data analysis.
  • Experience with large language models, prompt engineering, or developing AI-powered products.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
