We are seeking a results-driven Regional Director to lead our Newcastle division.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated individual to take on a challenging role and make a significant impact within the company.

The ideal candidate will have extensive trade, leadership, and insurance repair experience or be in a similar position.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead and manage the region to deliver on business objectives, culture, and strategy
  • Maintain oversight of projects and ensure timely completion of works maintaining the highest levels of quality and customer service
  • Manage stakeholders effectively ensuring timely communication
  • Ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met and aligned with customer expectations
  • Ensure accuracy across all data management systems, information handling, and processes
  • Work with all regions to support the collective outcome for the national business

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Extensive trade, leadership, and insurance repair experience or be in a similar position
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Solid leadership credentials with a proven track record of leading teams
  • Sound understanding and knowledge of the Insurance repair and construction industry
  • A focus on safety and compliance with an eye for continuous improvement
