As a pivotal member of our team, you will oversee and facilitate all internal and external audit functions for Operations across Maxxia and RemServ.

About the Role

The focus of this position is to serve as the key contact with the Client Engagement and Strategy team, ensuring the successful management of our key employer assurance programs. Additionally, you will ensure the execution and management of key contractual requirements impacting GRS Operations.

In this role, you will also manage a team responsible for direct audit activity within the GRS Operations space, focusing on regulatory and contractual compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Growing the audit management functionality within operational areas and working with GRS operations teams to ensure compliance and readiness for all internal and external audits.
  • Maintaining a view of key outcomes from audits that require change to GRS operations and collaborating with operational leaders to determine steps required to implement changes across people, process, or technology.
  • Working with contract managers of major contracts to support employer assurance programs and managing any necessary changes for GRS operations, identifying impacted areas and urgency of change.
  • Building and maintaining stakeholder relationships across multiple areas of MMS, including Tax and Compliance, Client Strategy and Engagement, and Business Systems.
  • Engaging with external stakeholders, ensuring business needs are met in all interactions, and challenging external stakeholders when required to achieve the best possible outcome for clients and the business.
  • Managing a team towards achieving team-based and individual KPIs (operational, customer service, and sales metrics) and behaviors, conducting one-on-one and team meetings to develop a high-performing team.
  • Managing workflow and real-time queues via task allocation, productivity monitoring, and quality assurance as needed.
