About This Role

The Commercial Finance Analyst is a pivotal position within our organization, responsible for providing comprehensive financial support across various divisions. Reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager, key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining accurate cash flow forecasts, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless month-end accounting processes are completed within defined timelines.
  • Designing and distributing engaging monthly reporting packs to stakeholders.
  • Coordinating the annual budget process by consolidating quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Assisting in the collection, analysis, and presentation of market intelligence to inform product decisions.
  • Analyzing key cost drivers to identify opportunities for performance enhancement.

  • A degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a desire to expand knowledge.
  • Prior experience within heavy industrial/manufacturing environments is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with Power BI/SAP is considered an asset.
  • Advanced Excel modeling skills.
