Business Lawyer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Lawyer to join our team.

As a key member of our legal department, you will have the opportunity to work on complex, high-value projects that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide commercially focused legal advice on licensing, regulatory, and general corporate matters.
  • Act as lead legal adviser on a range of property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, and leasing portfolios.
  • Draft and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements.
  • Monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to the business and advise stakeholders accordingly.
  • Collaborate with senior internal stakeholders and external counsel to manage legal risk effectively.
