Main Responsibilities
  • Cafe Team Leader
  • Mentor and guide team members to achieve individual employment goals and outcomes.
  • Delegate tasks aligned with safe work practices and commercial service standards.
  • Prepare and serve quality food and beverages while maintaining cleanliness and presentation.
  • Operate POS systems, handle cash and card payments, and manage customer orders.
  • Assist with inventory, stocktake, and supplier coordination to support cafe operations.
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience supervising teams in a cafe or customer-focused environment.
  • Ability to mentor and support people with disability, helping them develop confidence and employment skills.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
