About the Role

Otraco International is a world-leading provider of Earthmover/Off-road tyre management services to the mining industry. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our clients' mine sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote a Safety Culture: Commit to working safely and promoting a culture of zero harm across all projects.
  • Manage Operations: Ensure that relevant legislative requirements are complied with on site, and that incidents are reported, investigated, and follow-up actions are implemented.
  • Supervise and Train: Support the attraction and onboarding of new personnel, implement performance review and development plans, and ensure that our client sites are sufficiently manned by qualified competent personnel.
  • Conduct Audits and Reviews: Perform internal and external audits that focus on system compliance, safety, and tyre management, and prepare client reports that meet Otraco's professional standards.
  • Develop and Lodge Invoicing: Develop and lodge monthly invoicing for responsible sites, and report on regional monthly performance.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have extensive industry experience (10+ years) in the fitting of OTR tyres and the management of mine-based OTR operations, as well as supervisory/area manager experience. You will also have a current driver's licence, good knowledge of the Microsoft suite of programs, and good knowledge of OHS legislation, discipline, and practice.
