Job Title: Human Research Ethics Administrator
About the Role:
The Human Research Ethics Administrator will provide administrative support to the operations of the HREC and the Manager (HREC).
Key Responsibilities:
- Triage enquires via email, phone or in person, and respond to straightforward enquiries, re-directing or escalating where complex or appropriate.
- Arranging and coordinating HREC meetings, events, training sessions and functions including arranging meetings, room bookings, catering, agenda and materials preparation, minute taking, and providing other administration support where required.
- Providing Administration support for Ethics Secretariat and Human Research Ethics Manager (HREC).
- This includes administrative changes to approved ethics applications and correspondence on ethics applications.
- Monitor and review approved ethics applications.
- Processing invoices and paying.
- Assist with the preparations of reports to the University and Government authorities.

You are a reliable team player with relevant qualifications or equivalent experience who thrives in collaborative environments, balancing tight deadlines and competing priorities while supporting team goals.
