We are seeking a skilled professional to join our clinical trials team as an Ethics and Governance Specialist.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to research that makes a real impact on patient outcomes.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with ethics and regulatory requirements for over 70 clinical trials.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating ethics and regulatory submissions for clinical trials
  • Ensuring timely reporting of safety events
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintaining regulatory records and databases
  • Supporting trial start-up and ongoing compliance

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience and/or knowledge of HREC and RGO processes and requirements in clinical trials
  • Working knowledge and/or experience of the REGIS system
  • Familiarity with clinical trial agreements
  • Experience in database management and Microsoft Office Suite programs

You will also possess high levels of organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands/workloads, as well as demonstrated ability to work autonomously and within a team.
