We shape the resident experience by curating and executing activities that foster relationships, engagement, and retention.
As a Wellbeing & Events Coordinator, you'll work closely with our Community team to align on goals, contribute to strategies, and ensure each activity supports resident satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Representing our core values in all interactions.
- Developing and delivering high-quality events and programs tailored to resident interests.
- Collaborating with vendors and local businesses to source supplies and promote community engagement.
- Managing logistical aspects of events, including planning, execution, bookings, and supplier compliance.
Our ideal candidate has skills including:
- Demonstrated experience in event coordination, hospitality, or a similar role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Confident communication with the ability to engage a diverse audience and build effective partnerships.
- Creative mindset with a passion for creating inclusive, high-impact resident experiences.
- Attention to detail in administration, reporting, and compliance documentation.
