Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Resident Wellbeing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our village community, you will play a vital role in bringing our Everyday Wellbeing promise to life.

This is an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Village Manager or Wellbeing Coordinator looking to take the next step in their career or someone with strong community and customer experience skills who wants to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.

  • You will work closely with Village Managers, Wellbeing Coordinators, Home Care partners, and local providers to deliver programs that truly make a difference in the lives of our residents.
  • Support village teams to create vibrant, inclusive wellbeing programs that promote resident engagement and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retirement living, health, or wellbeing, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be confident at juggling priorities, working across diverse teams, and navigating complex situations with empathy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and lead initiatives such as dementia awareness, aged care partnerships, and volunteer programs that promote resident wellbeing and engagement.
  • Build strong partnerships with Home Care providers and wellbeing specialists to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Provide guidance and support to village teams to develop and implement wellbeing programs that meet the needs of our residents.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellbeing programs and make recommendations for improvement.
