About the Role
We are seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to join our student accommodation team in Adelaide.
This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused and organized individual to play a pivotal role in cultivating a welcoming community environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily front-of-house operations, including package management, suite bookings, lift scheduling, and resident enquiries.
- Support resident engagement by assisting with events, communications, and maintaining up-to-date local knowledge.
- Maintain tidy, safe, and presentable shared spaces, ensuring a consistently high standard across the community.
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks, including CRM updates, reporting, compliance, and leasing support.
Your Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for a team-oriented, adaptable, and committed individual who takes pride in creating a great resident experience. Key requirements include:
- Experience in customer-facing roles such as hospitality, accommodation, or real estate.
- Excellent service and communication skills, with a proactive, can-do approach.
- Strong organisation and multitasking ability in fast-paced environments.
- Cultural awareness and the ability to connect with a diverse resident community.
- A valid driver's license and eligibility for a National Criminal History Check and Working with Children Check.
