Create thriving communities.We're excited to be recruiting for a Resident Wellbeing Manager, supporting villages to bring our Everyday Wellbeing promise to life.This role is ideal if you're an Assistant Village Manager or a Wellbeing Coordinator, or have strong community and customer experience skills, and you're ready to take the next step into a more strategic, hands-on position that shapes how residents feel, live, and connect every day.What's the role about?
You'll be at the forefront of wellbeing, working closely with Village Managers, Wellbeing Coordinators, Home Care partners, and local providers to deliver programs that truly make a difference.
You'll support teams and lead initiatives that are both meaningful and measurable.Key parts of the role include:Support village teams to create vibrant, inclusive wellbeing programsLead initiatives such as dementia awareness, aged care partnerships, and volunteer programsBe a trusted point of escalation for wellbeing concernsBuild strong partnerships with Home Care providers and wellbeing specialistsChampion consistency and celebrating success across your regionWhy step into this role?
