Senior Project Analyst Role

Achieve success as a Senior Project Analyst by driving change and making a real impact in the payments industry. This role involves providing oversight and support for project workstreams and products, ensuring successful execution within budget, on schedule, and to the required standard of quality.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic guidance and direction for project delivery, ensuring alignment with Cuscal's Project Management and Project Investment Governance and Execution Frameworks.
  • Maintain integration governance with clear controls to manage progress, risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and resources.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop plans aligned with agreed scope of work and manage stakeholders' expectations.

As a Senior Project Analyst, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Apply best practice project governance frameworks appropriate to the Program and ensure data hygiene across program management systems.
  • Manage executive reporting cadence to track integration milestones, synergy targets, and risk indicators using RAG status and clear stakeholder communication.
  • Ensure adherence to project governance frameworks, templates, and methodologies to drive quality delivery.
  • Support Program budget management, including synergy tracking, forecasting, contingency, and resource utilization to ensure alignment with financial plans.

You will be an experienced professional with 5+ years of experience performing end-to-end project governance (PMO) of complex initiatives, covering business, technology, and vendor engagement involving multiple industry stakeholders and multi-delivery streams of work.
