About Our Organisation

We are seeking an exceptional Administration Officer to join our Radiation Oncology team.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, delivering high-quality patient care and administration services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to patients and staff.
  • Manage incoming referrals, register new patients, coordinate and schedule appointments.
  • Work collaboratively as part of the Radiation Oncology Administration Team to deliver timely and high-quality services.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated competence in administrative skills and general office procedures.
  • Excellent customer service skills and experience.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work proficiently in periods of high demand and as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality in respect of hospital matters for patients and staff.
