Job Title: Admin/Receptionist

This role is a great opportunity for a professional to provide exceptional support in a busy office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve matters by actioning planning tasks
  • Resolve customer enquiries, provide information, and refer customers to appropriate government or community services
  • Manage the team shared email inbox, appointments, and telephone enquiries
  • Coordinate appointments using Agency office facilities and ensure accessibility for participants
  • Undertake research and investigation activities, and prepare associated reports and correspondence
  • Perform data entry activities and ensure follow-up is completed
  • Receive and record complaints and other feedback

About You:

  • Previous experience in administration, reception, or a similar role
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Excellent stakeholder management and customer service skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with competing priorities
  • High attention to detail

Benefits:

  • Casual 12-month temporary assignment
  • ASAP start date pending clearances
  • Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
  • $37.36 per hour + super
  • Cairns QLD location
  • Successful candidates must hold Australian Citizenship and be willing to complete a federal police check
