Commercial Property Acquisition and Management Opportunities

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Retail Leasing Manager to join our team in Victoria. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering property outcomes that drive growth through new space acquisition and existing store network management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying opportunities to negotiate and secure new and replacement stores
  • Developing property strategies for the existing network
  • Helping deliver new stores, acquisitions, lease renewals, and store extensions
  • Liaising and negotiating with landlords to secure favourable outcomes associated with landlord works and complex tenure arrangements
  • Preparing board reports for approval, presentations, and meeting materials

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of commercial property leasing experience, be a brilliant communicator and negotiator, and bring sound knowledge of lease contracts, including financial and legal aspects.

Additionally, the successful candidate will possess:

  • End-to-end leasing experience, ideally with retailer-side exposure
  • Outstanding relationship building and stakeholder management skills
