Safety Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety Business Partner to join our team at InfraBuild. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and safety of our employees, contractors, and customers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and implement safety processes and practices across multiple sites
- Engage with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement
- Conduct risk assessments and incident investigations to prevent harm
- Provide coaching and training to leaders and site personnel
- Review and appraise processes and controls to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Tertiary qualification in Health and Safety
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment
- Experience in conducting risk assessments and incident investigations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence and coach stakeholders
