We are seeking an experienced Behavioural Support Practitioner to deliver high-quality behavioural support services to clients, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality behavioural support services to clients, ensuring effective and efficient delivery of care.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to achieve client outcomes.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, gathering relevant data and information to inform individualized treatment plans.
- Relevant degree in Psychology or related field.
- Full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Australian citizenship or Permanent Residency or conditional working visa.
