About the Role

The ARF/Rh D Clinical Nurse will play a crucial part in enhancing our workforce capacity to implement ARF and RHD strategies that are culturally responsive, evidence-based, and sustainable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Embed standardised processes for ARF/RHD management, including staff training, prevention activities, clinical care, and care coordination of people living with Rh D.
  • Support the development and implementation of culturally responsive and evidence-based ARF/RHD management strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Rh D Program Coordinator and other stakeholders to ensure effective care coordination and management of ARF/RHD cases.
