Key Responsibilities- Embed standardized processes for ARF/RHD management, including staff training, prevention activities, clinical care, and care coordination of individuals living with RhD.
- Support the development and implementation of culturally responsive, evidence-based, and sustainable ARF/RhD strategies.
- Collaborate with the RhD Program Coordinator and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination and service delivery.
