We are seeking a skilled Nurse Clinical Specialist to join our team in Alice Springs. As a specialist in preventable chronic conditions, you will provide clinical outreach care to remote clients and support our staff in improving health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialist clinical outreach care to remote clients
- Support and advise Primary and Public Health Care staff on improving health outcomes
- Develop and implement strategies to improve early detection and management of preventable chronic conditions
- Collaborate with local health services to provide culturally sensitive care
Requirements:
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
- Graduate Certificate in a relevant specialty area
- Experience driving a manual vehicle and eligibility for a NT Drivers Licence
- Willingness to travel to remote communities by 4WD or light aircraft
