About the Position

We are seeking an experienced environmental scientist to deliver environmental assessments and relevant field work for a diverse range of projects. You will be liaising with contractors, clients, and the broader environmental team to ensure projects are delivered within a timely manner.

Duties

  • Carry out environmental assessments and investigations including:
    • Waste classification
    • Occupational hygiene sampling
    • Asbestos removal
    • Contaminated land investigations
    • Sampling for soil, groundwater, and surface water
  • Log and collate relevant data
  • Coordinate with contractors and clients
  • Prepare and review technical reports

Skills & Experience

  • Tertiary qualifications within science or environmental engineering
  • Proven local experience working within a consultancy
  • Project experience within contaminated lands projects
