We are seeking a motivated Subcontracts Specialist to join our E7-A Sustainment Team.

As a Subcontracts Specialist, you will be required to:

  • ">
  • Maintain currency of existing subcontracts including negotiating and implementing complex subcontract variations;">
  • Manage existing subcontracts and promote subcontractor collaboration to ensure on-time performance and compliance;">
  • Develop practical and efficient solutions to complex procurement and subcontracts issues;">
  • Identify and develop appropriate sourcing strategies and approaches to market for goods and services, including software, and engineering services;">
  • Prepare, negotiate, and execute contract documentation in accordance with delegations of authority;">
  • Manage subcontractor invoicing compliance and reporting; and">
  • Ensure compliance with supply chain management corporate governance policies and procedures.">

**Responsibilities and Qualifications:**

The ideal candidate will have:

  • ">
  • Three (3) to five (5) years' work experience in contracts management or procurement;">
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree in law, business, or commerce (desirable);">
  • Effective written and verbal communications skills;">
  • Good working knowledge of the responsibilities and tasks performed across contracting and procurement and their interdependencies with other departments and disciplines (for example, engineering, logistics, finance); and">
  • A willingness to work in a team environment.">
