This position is responsible for managing tender and contract processes, supporting stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with established procurement policies and systems.
- Lead the execution of tender and contract management processes, including drafting commercial terms, creating tender documentation, evaluation, and stakeholder communication.
- Provide guidance to stakeholders on contract management best practices.
- Assist with contract transitions, negotiations, and amendments.
The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in contract negotiation and management, as well as the ability to manage high volumes of tenders and contracts in a complex environment.

- Offer expert advice on contract management strategies.
- Support contract holders in contract transitions and negotiations.
- Monitor and report on contract performance metrics.

- Maintain and enhance procurement systems.
- Ensure audit compliance and implement improvements.
The ideal candidate will have excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:- Extensive experience in contract negotiation and management.
- Ability to manage high volumes of tenders and contracts in a complex environment.
- Understanding of effective procurement systems and practices.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Formal qualifications in contract management or purchasing are highly regarded.
