Senior Contract Administrator
">Job Description:The successful candidate will have the opportunity to own and manage the entire contract function, focusing on commercial projects worth approximately $50 million. This includes preparing and reviewing financial reports and claims, providing analytical research to shape subcontractor engagement, and managing performance in alignment with project timelines and quality standards.
">Responsibilities:- Prepare and review financial reports and claims with particular emphasis on subcontractor management
- Provide analytical and market-driven research for subcontractor selection and engagement
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and relevant legal frameworks for contract management
The ideal candidate will possess previous experience developing, sourcing, and managing contracts within commercial construction environments. A comprehensive understanding of contract law and the ability to identify and manage risks is also essential. Additionally, tertiary qualifications in engineering or construction management are preferred.
