Across the state, we are dedicated to offering exceptional care, accommodation, and support services for older Western Australians.The Role:We are seeking an experienced Construction Contracts Administrator to support Juniper's strategic building projects.
This is a full-time position located at our central office in Balcatta, where you will report to the Property Director.
The role ensures accurate and timely contract administration, compliance with commercial requirements, and effective monitoring, reporting, and forecasting of project performance.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and manage construction contractsReview progress claims and issue payment certificatesDraft and prepare variations, delay notices, and extensions of timeOversee job costing, cost reporting, and procurement processesInput and maintain records in the Medius Software SystemLiaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managersMaintain document control and compliance with Work Health & Safety (WHS) standardsKey Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will have:Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Quantity Surveying or 10+ years of industry experienceProven experience in contract administration within the construction industryStrong knowledge of construction contracts, laws, and regulationsExcellent organisational and stakeholder management skillsAbility to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management softwareConstruction Induction (White Card)Current Driver's Licence (with willingness to travel to regional locations as required)National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)What's on offer?
