Job Title: Housing Support Associate

About the Role

Mission Australia is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate professional to join our team as a Housing Support Associate. In this critical role, you will provide exceptional customer service to tenants, clients, and stakeholders while ensuring that organizational administrative functions are managed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality customer service with professionalism, respect, and empathy.
  • Respond to enquiries efficiently, manage client expectations, and escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Build positive relationships with clients, tenants, and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate client records within CRM, Asset Management, and Data Management Systems.
Requirements of Success

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in high-volume, fast-paced customer service or contact centres, preferably within housing or community services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with sensitivity to complex situations.
  • Good administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work empathetically with diverse communities using trauma-informed practices.
  • Proficiency in data and case management systems and MS Office.
