Inventory Team Leader

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-driven individual to lead our inventory management team. As an Inventory Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and controlling inventory across our supply chain in WA and NT.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and control inventory across the supply chain, ensuring accuracy and implementing robust processes.
  • Champion inventory records accuracy (IRA) and promote a proactive safety culture.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of inventory key performance indicators (KPIs), conduct variance investigations, and provide analysis with recommendations for improvement.
  • Drive financial and operational efficiency through data-driven analysis and labor management.
  • Train, guide, and support your team; maintain and build strong relationships with third-party logistics providers and stores from an inventory perspective.

You will have a passion for precision and control in inventory management, with a sharp eye for detail and a strong understanding of supply chain dynamics. Your commitment to compliance and operational excellence will be key to maintaining a high-performing inventory environment.
