Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide advice and assistance on contract management, extensions, and variations.
  • Assist with reporting on contract expenditure.
  • Raise and amend requisitions and purchase orders on the finance system.
  • Monitor and report on contract purchase orders.
  • Update contract information on TechOne and the internal CRM.
  • Publish and update contracts on Tenders WA.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks to support the wider Procurement team.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a Procurement or Purchasing position.
  • Experience in handling contract amendments, variations, and negotiations.
  • Strong IT skills, with experience using TechOne or Tenders WA an advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a Government department would be advantageous.
