Job Title: Accommodation Services Officer

The role of an Accommodation Services Officer (ASO) is a vital part of the community supervision process.

ASOs work closely with offenders to ensure they are meeting the conditions of their supervision order and are living safely in the community.

This involves monitoring offenders' compliance with order conditions and accommodation requirements, as well as providing support and encouragement to help them develop independent living skills.

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Providing 24/7 support to offenders in the community;
  • Monitoring offenders' compliance with supervision orders and accommodation requirements;
  • Providing support and encouragement to help offenders develop independent living skills.

To be successful in this role, applicants should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A strong understanding of community supervision principles and practices is also essential.
