Job Title: Community Supervision Support Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Community Supervision Support Officer to join our team. As a Community Supervision Support Officer, you will play a critical role in supporting the supervision of individuals in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Community Corrections staff, including diary management, organizing meetings, and answering general enquiries at reception.
  • Assist with the preparation of memorandums, reports, and correspondence, checking for formatting and grammatical errors and amending where necessary.
  • Maintain Human Resources functions, including checking timesheets, submitting leave forms, and assisting with commencement paperwork for new employees.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, maintain facilities and equipment, and register incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of all files and documents and provide appropriate access to relevant staff and approved external agencies.
