Job Title: Community Supervision Support Officer
Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Community Supervision Support Officer. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our community supervision teams, ensuring the smooth operation of our offices.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and maintaining accurate records and files, including diary management and correspondence
  • Providing quality administrative support, including answering general enquiries and screening phone calls
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports and correspondence, checking for formatting and grammatical errors
  • Maintaining facilities and equipment, including performing stock-takes and managing car fleet
  • Liaising with internal and external agencies as required
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven administrative experience, preferably in a community corrections or related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email
