Job Title: Duty Supervising Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced cleaning and management professional to oversee commercial bond cleaning and general house cleaning operations.

This position requires the ability to supervise staff, maintain high standards of cleanliness, and ensure efficient work processes.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in cleaning or management roles, as well as excellent communication skills and a valid driver's license.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning and organizing properties to a high standard
  • Manning the job site and supervising workers
  • Vacuuming, scrubbing and cleaning bathrooms and kitchens
  • Scrubbing walls and floors
  • Managing teams and ensuring efficient work processes

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in cleaning or management roles
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A valid driver's license
