Merchandise Planning Opportunity

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining merchandise plans across key categories. This includes overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to achieve sales and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive merchandise plans across key product categories.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to drive sales and profitability growth.
  • Conduct thorough category and product analyses to determine optimal buy quantities and inventory strategies.
  • Manage order raising, stock allocation, and replenishment to optimize availability and minimize waste.
  • Provide expert merchandising guidance to in-store teams to enhance customer experience and drive sales growth.
About You
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a planning or merchandising role.
  • Proven track record of achievement in sales and gross profit growth.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and provide insights on business challenges and opportunities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
