Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage merchandise and assortment strategies across different categories.
Handle sales forecasting and budgeting to support revenue and profit goals.
Analyse product performance and trends to guide buying and stock decisions.
Coordinate inventory levels and replenishment to ensure product availability.
Spot opportunities to grow and improve the product range.

The Successful Applicant
What We're Looking For:

A degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Excellent analytical and strong communication skills.
Experience in leveraging commercial insights to support and inform buying decisions.
Solid understanding of the retail industry.
A strategic and innovative mindset.

What's on Offer

A salary ranging between $90,000 to $110,000 plus superannuation.
A fixed-term contract with potential for extension.
A collaborative and supportive company culture.
Location in Melbourne CBD.
