Corporate Law Advisor

Our innovative team is seeking a skilled professional to lead our legal department. This role involves advising on corporate and commercial law arrangements, including technology contracts, sales opportunities, and corporate & commercial work to support our business units.
The RoleWe are looking for a seasoned lawyer with expertise in corporate, commercial, and technology law advice. The ideal candidate will have experience as General Counsel, Senior in-house Lawyer, or commercially focused Senior Associate. In-house ICT or sales-focused environment experience is desirable.
About You- You have 10+ years PQE as a qualified lawyer admitted to practice in NSW
- You possess excellent negotiation and communication skills
- You are able to take ownership of multiple responsibilities, including Company Secretary duties
